Four group sessions/month (Each session is 50 minutes). Email support for parents. Group sessions will:  Provide support and validation for siblings of individuals with special needs. Foster a sense of community and belonging through games and activities. Educate siblings about disabilities/ chronic illness and promote empathy and understanding. Empower siblings to navigate their unique family dynamics with confidence and resilience.
